I have been passionate about holistic health since I can remember and it has been an integral part of my life both personally and professionally.
I believe passionately that it is one of the most effective therapies for stimulating our own body’s healing system and releasing the stress from our lives, which is conducive in causing many serious illnesses.
I was intent in finding out ways to improve the health of myself and others, as well as personal growth. Reiki gives me joy in my heart, to be the conduit or to receive. It’s given me that light at the end of that tunnel, a spring in my step and a smile inside and out, with it’s loving, relaxing, peaceful, healing, universal energy. I could sing it from the rooftops, as it has let my light shine bright and also many others.
